You Tubing your Exercise Program

A personal trainer is recommended to get going with exercise, starting with an exercise assessment.  

 

Sometimes you just want to do an exercise blast at home, and Youtube is alive with exercise videos!

Science tells us that HIIT training gives the very best results when it comes to exercise.  This is a ten minute workout that alternates between 20 seconds high intensity, and 45 second moving cool downs.  They activate all muscle groups and take care of cardiovascular exercise at the same time.  Efficient or what?!?

Here are some links to get you started but look around Youtube and find the exercises best suited t you.
 

HIIT training is great every three days, with walking or other exercise in between.
