Structured Holistic Health Support

At the clinic, we use a Naturopathic approach to health support that is holistic, eclectic and personalised. Sessions are focused on supporting the person's own 's self-healing capacity, helping them make informed choices to better support their own healing process with awareness and proactive measures.

Having a wide range of qualifications in place, including Acupuncture, Chinese medicine, Herbal Medicine, Holistic Nutrition, Naturopathy, and Bowen Therapy, Monica uses the Bicom Bioresonance device as part of a holistic individualised process to support the person's needs. Sessions vary from person to person based on presenting needs, and follow-up progress.

Working ecclectically, sessions with Monica involve a systematic process of identify and working through the common obstacles to health & healing at play in a person's experience, to better support a person's Vital Force, self-healing capacity and natural homeostatic system recovery.

The body heals itself well when all systems are working in harmony, and all of the body's need for nutrition and clearance of wastes are met. When illness occurs, there is always a reason. To support recovery naturally, we seek to understand what the obstacles to health and healing are for the individual, while supporting the body's nutritional and lifestyle needs.

Energy is everything when it comes to optimal healing and function. Holistic therapies seek to support improved resources for the body to heal itself more efficiently.  It is important to remember that all healing is self-healing, we are simply seeking to support this process naturally with focus, clarity, and intention, using the tools and strategies we have available to us.
