Painful Lump After Fall
Anne's story
Anne fell down the stairs at home, landing hard on her right buttock. The bruise turned into a hard, painful lump that restricted her flexibility and left her with pain and limited movement for two years before she discovered FSM.
Anne had tried every therapy without success and was considering surgical removal as the only way to ease the pain. The deep, old bruise had scarred over, tying up the fascia, muscles, blood vessels, and nerves in her buttock.
After a few FSM treatments, Anne noticed the lump softened, helping to release the surrounding muscles that had tightened to protect the area. She felt much more flexible and able to move with less discomfort.
Abdominal Adhesions
Jennifer's story
Jennifer had experienced an irritable bladder since the birth of her second child by caesarean. Her belly was intensely tender and painful, and her movement was restricted due to a pulling sensation that stopped her from exercising. Jennifer couldn’t tolerate her children around her for fear they would press on her tummy or bump her.
After three FSM sessions, Jennifer felt her belly tenderness ease and the tight bands of scar tissue soften, while her bladder irritation also improved. She could enjoy hugging and playing with her kids again.

Bursitis
James' story
James was diagnosed with bursitis of the greater trochanter 22 years ago, waking in pain with it every night. FSM addressed the tightened tendons across the bursa, which were linked to scarring from a burst appendix surgery 22 years prior.
After a few sessions, James noticed the adhesions softened, and he experienced relief from the pain in minutes, improving his sleep and quality of life.
Chronic Pain
Natalie's story
Natalie came in with 12 years of back pain following a car accident. She felt some relief from the first FSM session, which continued to improve over her treatment series.
With continued care, Natalie's mobility increased, and her pain reduced significantly, giving her freedom to move and live more fully. Her exercise physiologist was amazed at the change in her mobility and mood.

Concussion Recovery
Peter's story
Peter, a teenage athlete struggling with lingering post-concussion symptoms—headaches, brain fog, and emotional lability—found improvements after six FSM sessions.
Peter's concentration, mood, and energy steadily improved, and his teachers even commented on his enhanced participation and clarity at school.
Nerve Pain
Chrissie's story
Chrissie fell out of a moving car at 8 years old, and now at 64, shares a story of chronic, severe pain that has spanned her entire life. She went on to have two more car accidents, each increasing her pain.
FSM sessions helped reduce Chrissie's pain from a constant 7–9/10 with daily migraines to a more manageable 3–4/10, with the joy of having pain-free days in between.
Chrissie bought herself a treatment mat to continue treatment between sessions, which helps manage her migraines. She works with a practitioner to strengthen her neck muscles, now that compression in her upper cervical spine and degenerative changes have been identified.

Emotional Healing
Penelope's story
Penelope came in burdened by depression, unresolved grief, and chronic, debilitating fatigue. Talk therapies weren’t helping.
Working with FSM, we used gentle, restorative frequencies alongside homeopathics and mitochondrial nutritional support. The sessions soon brought calm to her system as her energy began to improve, and she started feeling a sense of hope, lightness, and optimism, through which Penelope could re-engage in her life.
