iCare Homecare PEMF Mat

Frequencies at home
with the
iCare PEMF Mat

iCare PEMF Mats for home use are a great way to support your FSM therapy journey between sessions with Monica.

After your clinic treatments, Monica may recommend an iCare PEMF Mat for home use under her guidance. These mats use PEMF technology to deliver tailored FSM frequencies, helping to maintain the benefits of your therapy from the comfort of your home. You can purchase them directly from Monica to support your ongoing care.

What is an iCare Mat, and how can it help?

The iCare Mat is an option for clients of the clinic to continue their treatment plan at home.

The treatment mat delivers your tailored Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) programs to support treatment benefits between visits. Monica will program your mat with protocols that can be updated and customised remotely as your needs change.

The iCare system has two parts:

1. The iCare-Pad

  • A PEMF device that connects to your phone through the iCare app.

  • It delivers tailored FSM frequencies wirelessly, so there’s no need for sticky pads or wet towels, making it comfortable and easy to use.

2. The iCare App

  • Turns an old or new mobile phone into a frequency-delivery system. It is recommended to buy a $69 phone to carry just the app for use with the mat. There is no sim card or plan needed for this purpose.

  • The app runs the iCare-Pad enable frequencies to be delivered  the mat that you then can place on or near the treatment zone on your body.

What’s the difference between FSM and PEMF?

PEMF-delivered FSM is frequency-specific and attuned to your individual needs, whereas most PEMF devices emit general frequencies without the tailored approach that FSM provides. PEMF mats are very different to the iCare mat, talk to us to find out more.

All families should have one!

For families with active kids, hyperflexiblity conditions, acute or chronic injuries, tummy troubles, sleep problems, frequent colds, period pain, anxieties, upsets and worries - this mat is like a portable first aid kit.  There are lots of options when you have your mat programmed with first aid protocols for your family's needs.

For the elderly it is great to slip down the back of the chair to run programs that support wellbeing, easing inflammation and pain, and calming emotional distress. It has been used in recovery after surgery, clearing bruising from impacts or falls, bumps and knocks, even supporting recovery after strokes, heart attacks, knee or hip replacements, fractures, grief and loss.

They are a valuable tool for the sandwich generation, sandwiched between the kids and aging parents.

iCare - Running Two Protocols at Once

Running two protocols at once

The pads contain 2 coils. You can run one frequency on each coil--so an A channel and a B channel, like typical FSM. In reality you can run more than one frequency on each coil. The app currently has the ability to run up to four frequencies per coil, and two protocols at one time. One protocol per coil... but that's getting ahead of ourselves. That's the fancy part. There are lots of cool fancy parts.

  1. GO to the Resources tab on the bottom of the screen - LOCAL RESOURCES PROTOCOL needs to be turned ON

  2. Go back to the Personal Protocols tab pick your second protocol with a long press - choose LOAD PROTOCOL IN RESOURCES TAB (this will become your second screen)

  3. Go back to the personal protocol page and choose the other protocol you want

  4. Press start and choose BEGIN ON ONE COIL

  5. You will see them running on each coil by toggling between Personal Protocols and Resources in the bottom of the screen
