Once you have had your initial phone call, your practitioner will book you in for a treatment series of 3-4 sessions in a bundle. Sessions are best booked at one to two per week for 3-4 sessions.

SESSION PREPARATION
Hydration is essential for this work. Read about session preparation with plenty of time to prepare before your session. Go to the session preparation page or your booking confirmation email for more information.
Interstate Clients
We often have people come up to stay on the Sunshine Coast to undertake a series of 4 or more daily treatments. If you need accommodation recommendations ask us.
Cancellation Policy
Our sessions are quite long and detailed compared to a short GP session, so when people cancel or make changes to their booking at the last minute, we can lose hours of viable consultation time. We do not see 10 people a day like your physio or osteopath might, or 20 people a day as your GP might. We appreciate as much notice as possible for any appointment changes, a minimum of three days is essential to avoid the activating of our cancellation policy.
Appointment Changes:

You can change your appointment up to 3 days before your booked session time.

For appointment changes and cancellations made within 72 hours of the session, the full amount is due for the time held for you. This also applies to missed or forgotten appointments. We appreciate your understanding.

Existing clients of the clinic will need too book an initial appointment slot if it has been a year or more since your previous sessions with us.
