These 2-hour anxiety and trauma support sessions combine Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM microcurrent therapy), Scalar energy, homeopathic remedies, and Body Code techniques to help clear old emotional wounds and energetic injuries that may be keeping your body stuck in stress, overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation. FSM is used to nourish, calm, and support repair in the nervous system to help your body heal towards a more restorative state after anxiety and trauma. Alongside this, we identify emotional imprints held within the energy system and gently clear them to reduce the “emotional noise” that can drive fatigue, tension, sleep disruption, low mood, and recurring stress patterns. The intention is to ease stress, calm anxiety, support trauma recovery, release emotional baggage, and create a steadier internal baseline so your system can regulate more easily day to day. Many people report feeling calmer, lighter, more grounded, and more resourced afterward, with improvements over time in energy, mood, sleep, and overall wellbeing. Each session is personalised.
